The Lobby Lounge is the centrepiece of the Grand Hotel Kronenhof, redesigned by French interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon and set at the heart of the Bel Étage. Its neo-Baroque architecture and panoramic views into the Engadin landscape make it one of the most striking reception spaces in the Alps. The room accommodates up to 250 guests for receptions and aperitifs.
Dating from 1872, the neo-baroque vault carries ceiling and wall paintings by Otto Haberer, known as Switzerland’s “hotel painter.” The acoustics are exceptional, and a small stage can be built when needed. With space for up to 400 guests, the Grand Restaurant is the natural setting for weddings, large banquets and other milestones.
Located on the Bel Étage, the Salon Bleu is flooded with natural light that animates its ornate stucco details in gold and pastel tones. Direct access to the Kaminzimmer and Salon Roseg adds flexibility. The room’s refined atmosphere makes it an equally strong setting for important meetings and formal dinners.
