Dinner at the Kids Restaurant
Our Rondelle Kids Restaurant generally offers a supervised dinner with a special children’s menu from Tuesday to Sunday at 18:30. Orders can be placed with our staff by 17:00 the same day on 3271.

Swimming at the Kronenhof Spa
A children’s water world with a slide and water games awaits young guests at the Kronenhof Spa. Please note that children under two years must wear swim nappies, and that the whirlpool is reserved for guests aged 14 and above, and the sauna area for guests aged 16 and above.

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. All guest rooms and public areas are fitted with smoke detectors. The detectors in your room are sensitive and may also be triggered by burning candles or incense. In the event of a fire, please do not open the windows or use the lifts, remain calm, and follow the instructions of our staff. Laundry service standard service: items handed in before 10:00 are returned by 19:00 the following day. Express service: 50% surcharge. Items handed in before 10:00 are returned by 19:00 the same day.

Ironing service standard service: items handed in before 10:00 are returned by 21:00 the same day. Express service: 50% surcharge. Items handed in between 07:00 and 21:00 are returned within three hours.

350 kilometres of superbly groomed pistes and 200 kilometres of cross-country trails await you. SKI ROOM
Skis and ski boots can be safely stored in our ski room. Each room has its own dedicated locker. Access is possible both via the courtyard and from the second floor.

SPA
Pool and wellness area
Access to the wellness area is on floor B1. The pool area, with indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, children’s pool, brine grotto, steam bath, sauna area, Kneipp foot path and relaxation room, is open from 07:00 to 20:00. Towels are available in the pool area. Changing rooms and lockable clothing lockers are provided. You are welcome to enter the pool area in the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room.

Treatments
Our professional team creates a personal programme for you, with massages, hydrojet massage baths, body wraps and beauty treatments. For detailed information, please refer to the separate brochure. Private spa suite
